many sessions do I need?

session lasts approximately 1 hour, possibly more. It is possible to
clear up an issue in one session, but often a couple of follow-up sessions

or, may be spread over a few months, depending upon the client's needs.
A major problem, affecting many areas of one's life will require a number
of follow-up sessions, depending upon the situation.
