Detox Program

Dedicated to healthy living of body, mind and soul

We try at least once a year to have holidays or time out for ourselves, just for relaxation and to enjoy ourselves.

Have you noticed we rarely or I would say that we never give time out or holidays to our cells, our digestive system? Our digestive system works without a break year by year.

Therefore, it is important to give a break to our digestive system from ingesting certain foods, thus helping our bodies to regenerate and rejuvenate .

If you pay a little attention you will realize that detoxification is often neglected, or underestimated in the healing arts, despite the fact that all health professionals realize that a sick body has a toxic internal environment.

You know that we assimilate some amounts of toxins from the food we ingest and the air we breathe. Our bodies also create their internal toxins, per example from a stress response, inflammation, etc. In addition, the environmental pollution from heavy traffic and industries also play a role to the increasing of toxic material in our bodies.

To have a clean body internally you should go through an internal cleansing program, specially designed for you. Through this internal cleansing program, your own inherent detoxification pathways will be stimulated and regenerated so it will be possible to get rid of toxins from your body.
